3.3. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee that the order has been accepted; we will confirm acceptance by sending you an email once the product has been dispatched.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the delivery location and availability of the products.

Outside Dhaka 10 Days

4.2. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4.3. We will deliver the products to the address provided by you at the time of order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address details are accurate and up-to-date.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

5.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Warranty

6.1 All chairs come with a 2-year warranty on wheels and the hydraulic mechanism. Other parts are not covered under warranty.

6.2 Tables: All our products come with a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

6.3 The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, info.furnihub@gmail.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of products from us.
